Safety tips for air passengers

My mother is to visit us next month (gotta see her grandchild more often !) and therefore will travel by plane. She is really feeling a whole lot insecure about it, so I went down for some check list that would put her mind at ease, and found one.

  1. Fly on Nonstop Routings if possible.
Problems occur when taking off or landing.
  2. Choose Larger Aircraft.
    The bigger, the safer designed.
  3. Pay Attention to the Preflight Briefing.
    Better safe than sorry.
  4. Keep the Overhead Storage Bin Free of Heavy Articles.
  5. Keep Your Seat Belt Fastened While You are Seated.
  6. Listen to the Flight Attendants
  7. Don’t Bring Any Hazardous Material.
    If unsure, ask before boarding
  8. Let the Flight Attendant Pour Your Hot Drinks
  9. Don’t Drink Too Much
  10. Keep Your Wits About You.
…so you could exit the aircraft as quickly as possible.

I’m going to make a cute postcard with her grandson picture and this list, and I’m pretty sure she will have a nice flight :)
